The short-term goals and objectives would be to gather information on the following aspects: 1. Estimated costs to administer a statewide network of FRCs (based on 35 FRCs); 2. Best practices for a statewide network including network coordination and execution of meetings, agenda preparation, facilitation, and follow-up (executive, steering, bimonthly general), newsletters, branding and website management, oversight of network presentations, talks, panel discussions, facilitation of participation in local and national conferences and meetings, coordination and tracking of training modules, and support of FRC staff through technical assistance, coaching, and networking; 3. Methodology for data collection for evaluation and measurements to determine efficacy; 4. Braided and blended approaches to funding; 5. Creative ways to reach families, particularly families who reside in remote areas or geographic locations or with limited access to health facilities, medical professionals, public transportation, and/or community resources; 6. Ability to set-up (fund and purchase) several new FRC with a variety of items (technology, family-friendly furniture, hygiene and school supplies, and other items that will assist families on pathways for parent or child’s caregiver education and employment) that meet established criteria; and 7. Necessary experience, qualification, accreditation, and/or licensure to administer a network of FRCs.
