The Contractor shall remove all debris from the trap and load, haul and remove debris for this site, with a minimum of spillage of dust or solids. The Contractor shall pick up spillage of any type and the area left broom clean, free of any debris and rubbish. In addition, the following shall apply: a) The Contractor shall not drag, move, or use the Worthington Tuffboom Debris Barriers to bring the debris closer to shore. The State has determined that using the excavator to move the barriers has resulted in damage to the units. The Contractor shall be pay for new units and installation if the Contractor damages the Worthington Tuffboom Debris Barriers. b) No burying of debris and/or waste material shall be permitted on the project site. c) All unusable debris and waste material shall be hauled away to an appropriate off-site dump area.
