Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Survey 1: Employer Survey Survey goal: To estimate the demand side appetite of working remotely. Conduct a survey of Hawaii private businesses with at least one (1) paid employee. The project tasks and information collected shall include but not be limited to: a) To design, pre-test, and conduct a survey targeted at companies with at least one (1) employee and for which it is feasible for employees to work remotely. The information collected in the survey questionnaire shall include, but not be limited to: • Type of business at the 2-digit North American Industry Classification System (NAICS). • The headquarter location of the business. • Total number of employees. • Average number of employees working remotely between April 2020-June 2021. • Number of employees planning to work remotely in July – December 2021. • Number of employees planning to work remotely after 2021. • Equipment and supports provided for employees working remotely.
