The East Hawaii Region desires to hire a contractor to provide annual radiation safety inspection services at the Hilo Medical Center, East Hawaii Health Clinics, Hale Ho`ola Hamakua (Honoka`a), and Ka`u Hospital (Pahala). The Annual Radiation Inspections and Accreditation Inspections occur in varying months depending upon the installation anniversary of the equipment or as scheduled by the Agreement’s Technical Representation, and must cover all medical imaging equipment used by all of the East Hawaii Region facilities. Imaging modalities currently in place are Diagnostic Radiography, Fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, US and Nuclear Medicine.
