This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 335911, and the business size standard is 1,250 employees. The Government intends to award a best value trade-off, firm fixed-price purchase order on an all or none basis with payment terms of Net 30.
This combined solicitation/synopsis is for the purchase of the following commercial services and products:
The removal and disposal of old UPS batteries and replacement with new UPS batteries which meet manufacturer specifications for UPS system Liebert eXM Uninterruptible Power System-30kVA, 208V, Model: 47SA030DAC02115. Work to be performed at the Weather Forecast Office Guam in Barrigada, Guam, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
