The solicitation number is SPE8EQ-22-Q-D001. This is a 100% small business set aside and the NAICS code is 517312.

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract.
Contract Requirements – The successful offeror shall be required to provide DLA personnel with a cellular wireless solution for Apple iPhone, MiFi devised and/or cell phones for local, US, and international sites. Carrier communication devices include, but are not limited to, Apple iPhone, MiFi devices and mobile phones. The contractor shall provide, setup, training, and data transfer as needed for issued devices. See attached Statement of Work (SOW)
The Period of Performance (POP) shall be for a period of twelve (12) months with an anticipated start date of 21 September 2022 through 20 September 2023. There will be four (4) 12-month Option Periods as shown below.
Base Period: September 21, 2022 – September 20, 2023
Option Period 1: September 21, 2023 – September 20, 2024
Option Period 2: September 21, 2024 – September 20, 2025
Option Period 3: September 21, 2025 - September 20, 2026
Option Period 4: September 21, 2026 - September 20, 2027

ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-2,EVALUATION OF COMMERCIAL ITEMS
BASIS OF AWARD
(a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror having submitted the lowest-priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) offer that satisfies all terms and conditions of this solicitation. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotations:
Factor A. Technical - A technically acceptable offer is an offer that takes no exceptions to the terms and conditions in the solicitation (RFQ) and complies fully with all submission requirements.
A proposal that takes exception to solicitation terms and conditions or that fails to comply with all submission requirements may be deemed technically unacceptable and, thus, may be found ineligible, and removed from further consideration, for the awards. By submitting a proposal with no exceptions, an offeror is confirming it possesses the necessary facilities, equipment, technical skills and capacity to successfully provide all items required by this solicitation.
