Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT or Department) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firm(s) or organization(s) to provide professional consultant services for the Transportation Asset Management Plan (TAMP) update and Department-wide Transportation Asset Management (TAM) implementation. GDOT is seeking a firm to identify, address, document and/or update the deficiencies and gaps in both the Department’s current Transportation Asset Management Plan and implementation practices, to fully comply with the MAP-21/Fast Act requirements and identify specific steps needed for TAM to get implemented. In addition, GDOT is also seeking a consultant who will actively lead and guide the development of tools and analytical processes to support Department-wide TAM implementation. The implementation efforts might include identifying and proposing specific resources, training, tools, policies, and procedures that need to be incorporated into GDOT’s existing TAM principles and practices.
