Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Signal Crew a. Project Manager – At a. minimum the project manager shall be a level 2 International Municipal Signal Association (IMSA) certified field technician and shall have a minimum of 5 years of construction, signal maintenance, and cabinet troubleshooting experience. The project manager will be expected to attend regular weekly meetings and shall be made available within 2 hours of notification at the city's request. b. Signal Technician/Crew Leader – At a minimum the crew leader shall be a level 2 IMSA certified field technician and shall have a minimum of 3 years of construction, signal maintenance, and cabinet troubleshooting experience. c. Signal Technician/Crew Helper – At a minimum the crew helper shall have at least 1 year of experience in either construction or electrical work. Crew helpers shall be at a minimum a Level 1 IMSA certified Signal Technician.
