Specifications include, but are not limited to: a total of approximately 9,027 square feet (3,205 square feet on the ground floor and 5,822 square feet on the second floor) at the corner of Williams Street and Forsyth Street. The space will be delivered in “shell” condition. Any Improvements will be done at the tenants’ expense. The County believes that providing the best-in-class retail services in the Library is an opportunity to provide a better overall environment for its visitors. The Proposers are expected to provide innovative idea(s) of possible amenity services within the Library which should be additive to and aligned with the library’s program and mission. The primary goal of this project is to add amenities that contribute and compliment the vibrancy of the Library and the Plaza. The proposed amenity needs to bring foot traffic to and around the Library and help establish a new positive image of the Library, the Downtown business area, and the County.
