Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Construction of underground utilities for the Sandy Bottom Circuit, Albany, Georgia. The work to be performed will include all services required for the installation of underground utilities and partial removal of existing overhead utilities. This project will convert a City owned 12.4 KV power distribution circuit from overhead to underground, along with the branch line pull-offs, overhead secondary cables and overhead fiber cable infrastructure. The project will cover approximately 37,000 ft. of power and fiber infrastructure to be installed and will also include a 1,400 ft. river bore under the Flint River. The scope of work will be in a single, not to exceed, contract with payment retainage provisions and liquated damages provisions.
