Description

Specifications include, but are not limited to:Initially the project will meet the business needs of the Executive Education Unit with the long-term goal of incorporating other business functions. The goal of the project is to enable the Executive Education Unit with Salesforce integrated effective and efficient tools to enhance their business development capabilities while also supporting their events management activities. Example tasks to be included in scope.  Configure Salesforce utilizing the Higher Ed Data Architecture (HEDA) for use by the Executive Programs Unit, with an eye towards larger, college-wide implementation at a later point to include a structured security and permissions model.  Data ETL (Extract, Transform and load) tasks to gather data from a variety of sources including the current Ungerboeck Event Management Solution to populate the Executive Programs Salesforce solution.  Integration of our existing marketing activities where feasible. The potential integrations include Mailchimp, Blueconic, BusinessWise, Facebook lead generation, LinkedIn lead generation, Web based inquiry forms, Unbounce, Google Analytics, Omni Update and Office365/Outlook integration.  Recommend and assist with implementation of tools for efficient operations in areas such as duplicate record management, data loading and document generation where advantageous.  Working with the Terry College, identify and implement a Salesforce integrated solution to address the events management activities of the College.  Working with Terry College, establish financial operations, accounts payables, and accounts receivable interfaces that support financial management and reporting for event level profit and loss analysis.  Working with the Terry College, identify and implement a Salesforce integrated solution to address the marketing activities of the College.  Develop reports and dashboards to enhance visibility of our processes and progress.  In-person end-user training for up to 10 users  Configuration of Single Sign-On options
