Specifications include, but are not limited to: Approximately 20’-0” long x 42” wide counter top x 34” high Top to be 42" wide and fabricated from 1-1/4” Quartz top material. Counter top shall be supported by counter frame of counter. Provide a 4” high splash at the rear of the counter. Color will be as selected by school system prior to fabrication. ; Body to be 18 gauge stainless steel panels covered on front of and exposed ends with ¾” thick marine grade plywood covered with standard grade laminate as selected by the school system ; Provide with four (4) dry/moist electric hot food wells with stainless steel drop in flange and have a 12” x 20” die stamped opening with ¼” raised beaded edge. Interior pan to be 20 gauge deep drawn, 304 stainless steel, with coved corners and fully insulated with fiberglass insulation ; Where indicated provide a sloped four (4) pan refrigerated drop in cold pan. Interior pan to be 18 gauge stainless steel with a ¾” open drain and shall be fully insulated with 1 ½” to 2” urethane insulation.
