Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Clean all necessary areas • Uninstall nets and posts and store appropriately for reinstallation • Fill all structural cracks with crack filler • Multi-layered crack repair system will be installed for cracks of all sizes when possible. Hairline cracks will receive fiberglass filler • Fill all birdbath areas and sunken paving joints with acrylic patch binder • Apply three (3) coats of acrylic color coating to the entire surface area • Apply one (1) coat of primer and two (2) coats of textured white line paint to form a regulation playing area • Sand, paint, and reinstall net posts • Reinstall nets • Remove all excess materials and debris from job site • Paint color same as existing • Five year warranty on all cracks filler is applied to. Should any areas fail, the cracks will be redone and re-color coated • Binder is to be used at the bottom of the fencing • The entire area of the tennis courts is to be flat and level once resurfacing is complete. • There are to be three (3) references submitted with the bid where the proposed filler brand (Right Way, Armor, Guardian, etc.) was used.
