Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination to: Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources Central Facility 684 Winder Highway Lawrenceville, GA 30045-5012 *Drivers delivering to Central Facility must check in with warehouse personnel (on back side of warehouse) before unloading. B. Gwinnett County reserves the right to request that deliveries of pipe be made to designated areas within Gwinnett County upon request. C. All bid prices and deliveries will be accepted and awarded as submitted. (No substitution on name brands or equivalents will be allowed after award of bid.) D. Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources requests that all deliveries be made within a maximum of thirty (30) days from receipt of Purchase Order. Please state your delivery time after receipt of the Purchase Order in the space provided on the Bid Schedule by each line item. E. All unit prices must include any freight and/or delivery charges. Freight or delivery charges must be calculated F.O.B. Destination pre-paid and allowed to Gwinnett County delivery points. No additional freight or delivery charges will be paid by Gwinnett County. F. The County may choose to pick up materials in emergency situations from the successful supplier(s). Gwinnett County will not guarantee minimum orders or truck load quantities. G. Gwinnett County is exempt from Federal Excise Tax and Georgia Sales Tax. Suppliers are responsible for sales tax and should contact the State of Georgia Sales Tax Division for additional information. H. It will be the sole responsibility of the successful Supplier to make all deliveries on the scheduled time as stated in the bid. I. A problem with the successful Supplier’s manufacturer will be cause for obtaining the goods and services from another manufacturer and to make delivery to Gwinnett County as quoted in the Bid. J. All late deliveries by the successful Supplier may be subject to a late penalty charge.
