Specifications include, but are not limited to: SW3.1 The Contractorshall provide electricalrepairs, installation, parts and equipment associated with electricalservicesto the MARTA Headquarters Complex asrequested by the Authority. Materials, sizes, types, colors and styles shall match existing equipment within the facilities or be approved by the Building Superintendent or designee prior to installation. (Examples of work: replacing breakers, repairing outlets, replace ballasts, etc.) SW3.2 In generalschedule installation,maintenance and repairservices shall be performed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays. SW3.3 On callrepairservice callshall be on-callservicesrequiring four(4) hour response after receipt of notification from the Manager of Building Maintenance or designee. Services will be performed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays. SW3.4 Emergency after hours, weekends, and holidays calls shall be performed on an as needed basis. The Contractor shall respond toall callswithin(4)hoursafterreceiptofwrittennotificationfrom the Authority.
