The purpose of this amendment is to add the Questions & Answers, and Pictures of Damage, to the solicitation.
This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Moody AFB is looking for a company that can conduct the demo, repair, and replacement of multiple shelters and storage buildings on Moody AFB and Grassy Pond (Lake Park, GA). The replacement of the plywood sub-floor and installation of VCT tile and base at the Splatter Swamp Paintball Course on Moody AFB. The damages were incurred during Hurricane Helene, necessitating the demolition of three (3) buildings, the repair of one (1) building, and the full replacement of three (3) buildings. The objective of the project is to restore the structural integrity, functionality, safety, and aesthetics of all the shelters and storage buildings, and restore the structural integrity, functionality, safety, and aesthetics of the 12x20 building at Moody AFB.
3.1 10'x15' Aluminum Screened Picnic Shelter at the Splatter Swamp Paintball Course (Moody AFB) (Demolition)

A site visit will be conducted on Friday, June 6th, @1000. Following, questions will be due Tuesday, June 10th, @1000.
Refer to Statement of Work (SOW) for any additional details. This is a commercial product and will be performed IAW FAR pt. 12, commercial items.
FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation - The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: item technical capability, and lowest price technically acceptable.
Proposals MUST include an action plan with their submission, detailing the work to be done and how it will be accomplished.
