Specifications include, but are not limited to: l conduct a physical field evaluation of the 302 miles of locally owned roadway in the City of Sandy Springs which will include a rating of all road segments on a 0-100 scoring system of Pavement Condition Index (PCI) such as that utilized by the Georgia Department of Transportation or other equivalent grading system. The data gathered shall include at a minimum alligator cracking, block cracking corrugation, depression, edge cracking, longitudinal or transverse cracking, patching, potholes, rutting, shoving, swelling, general weathering, and raveling etc., or similar condition assessments. Recommendations shall be made as to which segments are suitable for simple resurfacing with patching, and which segments would qualify for full reclamation, compiled into four (4) individual budget recommendations as outlined below
