The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for Right of Way Negotiation Through Closing services for the Department’s District Office #3. The services to be provided under the contract(s)/project(s) shall include, Right of Way Negotiation Through Closing services which begins with initial owner contact, through the negotiation process, to transmitting the closed file to the Department with an executed final title or a conformed petition if negotiations are unsuccessful. The scope also includes property management duties to include final vacancy inspections and demolition authorization, as well as contacting service providers and other services defined below. All service classes listed above for each contract(s)/project(s) may or may not be used during the duration of the project.
