Specifications include, but are not limited to: -Remove and replace all water damaged wood at the Porte-Cochere and front porch with in-kind materials -Remove existing, ineffective metal flashing caps at brick columns and replace with new appropriate metal cap flashing. -Remove existing faux column trim at the corners of the building, verify substrate is in good condition and or repair or replace as needed, apply ice and water shield, and then install new wood column trim to match existing -Rework two valley conditions at the roof/gutter transition, above the front porch to prevent water intrusioninto the building. -Repair or replace 3 water damaged door/door frames and hardware (1 on the south side of the building and 2 on the east side of the building) - One (1) 10-30-10 68 smooth fiberglass, 15 side lites, half view 3 lite door with no rot jambs - Two (2) pair 6068 smooth fiberglass full view, 15 light doors with no rot jambs
