Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Ability to track information about public records requests, requestors, and associated tasks and activities • Ability to configure designated fields as "Required" by staff • Ability to track time / effort / cost per request • Ability to track key dates (e.g. create date, resolution date) fields • Ability to provide a requestor’s request with up to 500 characters • Ability to track the current status of a public records request • Ability to automatically assign due dates based on configurable rules (accounting for holidays) • Ability to have a view a short description with each request • Attach original requestor documentation • Ability to track history of work done and by whom
