Specifications include, but are not limited to: Regulatory Requirements - The Contractor shall meet the following regulatory requirements and any subsequent modifications: 1. NPDES permit for each wastewater treatment facility. 2. Storm Water Permits and Pollution Prevention Plans for each facility. 3. Sludge Disposal Regulations (State and Federal). 4. Georgia EPD’s policy of zero tolerance for Sanitary Sewer Overflows. Pump Stations - The Contractor shall operate and maintain the specified collection system pump stations so as to maintain the flow of wastewater and to prevent hydraulic overloads which may cause sewer system overflow from the collection system. The Contractor shall implement the latest Infor EAM computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for the treatment plants, pump stations and the managed assets, which at minimum, provides the following functions and abilities: 1. Identify, track, locate, and analyze the assets and equipment, including their location, costs, and warranties. Including nameplate and performance data; 2. Accounting system for all managed assets activities; 3. Comprehensive work order functions for maintenance scheduling; 4. Advanced modules for reports, tracking and forecasting costs, life cycles for repair vs. replacement, and performance, to support facility and operational planning. Predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance scheduling and tracking; Root-Cause Analysis 5. Identification of potential problem areas; 6. Document management capabilities for records retention, including but not limited to: equipment data, data sheets, specifications, warranties, and documents, drawings, photographs
