Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Provide self-contained milk cooler. Provide unit with standard finish and equipment. B. Exterior top, front and sides shall be constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel. Opening shall have an “air curtain” design with cool air forced over the opening to retain the cold air in the interior of the unit. Opening shall have two hinged lids to cover the top and the front. Interior liner shall be 18 to 22-guage stainless steel (2BF finish). Cabinet shall be fully insulated with 2” high-density foamed in place polyurethane. C. Cabinet shall maintain 34oF to 40oF interior cabinet temperature at 100oF ambient room temperature with lids open. Properly chilled food product shall consistently maintain 34oF to 40oF with lid open. D. Refrigeration system shall be controlled by a timer and a thermostat providing accurate holding temperatures and automatic defrost control.
