Specifications include, but are not limited to: This timber sale consists of 88 acres of planted and natural pine for a first thinning to a residual basal area of 65 ft2 per acre, except for the two stands south of Conns Creek Road near the canoe launch area which will be thinned to 75 ft2 per acre. Also included is 66 acres of pine for a second thinning to a residual basal area of 55 ft 2 per acre. Forest products included in this sale are pine pulpwood, pine chip & saw, pine saw timber and hardwood pulpwood. The total volume estimate is 11,210 tons of pine and 388 tons of hardwood. Product volumes will not be announced. Buyers are encouraged to make their own estimate of product breakdown. Sale boundaries are marked with blue and orange paint
