The City will enter into a Pilot Program agreement with the Contractor to allow the placement of scooters, docking stations, or other approved system infrastructure on sidewalks and other City-owned property. The Contract may also allow for Program equipment to be placed on private property with the property owner’s written approval. The Contractor will be responsible for defining the desired location and densities of Program stations and other infrastructure, but all locations must be approved by the City under the Pilot Program Agreement. The City anticipates that the Program can be planned and launched within thirty (30) days of contract signing; proposers may propose an alternative timeline for launch if this is not sufficient to ensure Program success.
