Specifications include, but are not limited to: Because this is year two of our continued implementation with our literacy interventions, we would like to continue the coaching. The scope of would need to include on site coaching and data review for teachers, evaluation and assessment coordinators and district and school leadership. Included in the coaching it would be expected that we would be updated on utilization and progress in our schools as well as a structured plan to build continued depth and sustainability with teachers and building and district leaders. This would include, but not be limited to, identifying how and when to scale back scaffolding for student independence, a deeper understanding of available resources for both small and whole group activities, use of Instructional Practices Inventory (IPI), development of necessary action steps, identification of trends and patterns in classrooms, schools and buildings, and in-classroom support to ensure rigor is being increased and the interventions are used with full fidelity to promote student growth.
