Specifications include, but are not limited to:The selected Respondent will finance, design, and construct all required utility extensions including, but not limited to, installation of a water meter to the leasehold, sanitary sewer, telephone, internet, and electric power (if required by lessee) at no cost to the County/Authority. The selected Respondent shall be responsible for ensuring the leasehold meets the airport’s architectural standards, including, but not limited to, painting the hangar exterior in a color that matches adjacent leaseholds and is mutually agreed to by Respondent and County/Authority. Uniformity of building design and finishes is a key goal for the County/Authority. The selected Respondent will be required to provide maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repairs to the entrance driveway to the lease area, and the automated vehicle gate located at the driveway. Costs to provide maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repairs will be shared with all other leaseholders that utilize the driveway on a pro-rata basis (e.g., if there are 6 leaseholders that use the driveway/entrance gate repair costs will be divided by 6 and Respondent shall be required to pay 1/6 of the cost, if there are 4 leaseholder the costs will be divided by 4, etc.).
