Specifications include, but are not limited to: Kennesaw State University proposes to substantially renovate the existing Baseball Stadium, which is in the Bailey Athletic Complex near the main entrance to the Kennesaw campus. Facility updates would include improvements to the dugouts, press/media areas, concessions, and other game day operations. Stadium seating would be expanded to accommodate approximately 1,500 guests, while also offering additional venue rental space and premium seating options. The renovation scope includes demolition of the existing patron stands and build back with new structure. The structure will include stadium gates, ticketing, patron concourse, restrooms, concessions, dugouts, expanded seating, press and broadcasting boxes, and premium suites. The existing field will remain in place, as will the field walls, bull pens, outfield light poles, transformers, camera positions & runs, and field netting supports. KSU requests an alternate scope item to replace the existing field lights with LED.
