Specifications include, but are not limited to: Daily (To be performed at every visits, Monday through Friday) ☐ Empty all wastebaskets and other waste containers, inserting fresh can liners as required. ☐ Remove all accumulated trash to bins at rear of the building. ☐ Sweep and/or dry mop tile floors, including halls and offices. Sweep and remove trash at all entrance doors. ☐ Damp mop all hard floor surfaces. Floors must be wet mopped with a disinfectant solution. ☐ Clean, sanitize and disinfect restrooms including cleaning mirrors and handicap rails. ☐ Vacuum all carpeted areas, spot clean carpeted areas as needed to maintain clean appearance. ☐ Clean and sanitize break room tables and countertops, clean, sanitize and polish drinking fountains. ☐ Thoroughly clean all sinks, commodes, urinals, toilets and lavatories with an EPA Registers disinfectant. Lids and outside surfaces must also be cleaned. To prevent the spread of infection, a germicidal cleaning agent must be used. ☐ Walls around switches, dispensers and receptacles must be cleaned to remove splashes and spots. ☐ Replenish paper products. ☐ Spot clean and polish bright metal. ☐ Vacuum and clean entry ways and mats. Weekly (To be performed by Friday of every week. “*” shall indicate bi-weekly task) ☐ Clean and disinfect all telephones ☐ Dust air and return vents ☐ Machine buff all tile areas. ☐ Wash break room trash containers ☐ Clean front office glass. ☐ Dust tops of filing cabinets ☐ *Spray buff open areas including kneeholes of desk. Scrub and refinish to maintain adequate protective coating. ☐ Spot clean walls and doors. ☐ Dust Conference Room Table top. ☐ Clean glass doors in lobby area. Monthly (to be performed prior to the 21st of each month) ☐ Clean and sanitize the inside of all windows as well as dusting of the window treatments, sills and moldings ☐ Clean all shelves, frames, ducts, and heating outlets ☐ Clean table pedestal legs Quarterly (to be scheduled in advance, per the Scope of Work) ☐ Quarterly floor care services shall be provided for all three locations. The total square footage listed for each area consists of offices, conference rooms, a kitchen, restrooms, break areas and hall ways and includes both tile and carpet. Suppliers are not expected to move furniture to perform floor stripping, waxing, or shampoo/steam cleaning services. Waxed floors shall be free of dirt, dust, grit, marks, streaks, debris and built-up wax. Floors shall have a uniformly bright, lustrous appearance, including along walls, in corners and behind doors. Quarterly floor care services are to be completed on Saturdays. Supplier is to provide a 72-hour advance notice in writing to schedule the quarterly floor care dates & times. ☐ Remove any and all wax buildup/splashes from baseboards during finishing process.
