Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Installation Technique: The City has discussed a desire to have all connecting conductors between the gen-set and the city hall building to be installed using directional boring techniques. B. Station Service: Auxiliary Power is required for the Gen-set function. This power is also known as Station Service power. The requirement for this gen-set is 100amps at 120-208/240, single phase. The drawing shows a set of conductors for this purpose connected to the city hall’s existing switchboard. A circuit breaker will need to be installed in the switchboard if there is not a spare available. The gen-set end of the service entrance will need to be connected to the gen-set per the drawing. IMPORTANT: For this circuit to function properly, the existing wires connected to circuit breaker CB125’s line side terminals B3 and B4 must be disconnected and taped up before installing the new service to CB125 as indicated by the drawing.
