Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.2.1. Minimum Requirements 1.2.1.1. All filters must be pleated with metal grid support and have a Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value (MERV) rating of 10 or higher. 1.2.2. Warranty Requirements 1.2.2.1. Replace any damaged filters in a timely manner at no cost to the District. 1.2.3. Installation/Delivery Requirements 1.2.3.1. Vendor must clearly indicate the HVAC filter sizes, on the outside of the case. 1.2.3.2. Packaging must provide adequate protection against damage and deterioration during shipment. 1.2.3.3. Vendor must deliver HVAC filters to the PCSD Warehouse, 230 International Parkway, Dallas, GA 30132. 1.2.3.4. Delivery must be included in the price of the filters
