Specifications include, but are not limited to: Inside grease trap: a. Pump as needed a (minimum of every 14 days) in accordance with the City of Atlanta Grease Management Ordinance Article V: Division4: Section 154-297.03A Maintenance and inspection requirements for new and existing grease traps. b. Clean interior baffle and grease trap lids; scrape and remove all debris from inside grease trap. c. Jet or rod upstream and downstream of the grease trap lines to remove buildup of debris. d. Check grease trap for proper flow. e. Reseal lid to trap air and water tightly. f. Grease trap sizes as follows : Trap Size Inventory (Inside) Number of Traps 8 lbs. 1 15 lbs. 5 20 lbs. 16 25 lbs. 10 35 lbs. 4 40 lbs. 1 50 lbs. 2 100 lbs. 3 1500 lbs. 8 3000 lbs. 1 3.1.2 Drum or barrel: a. Pump as needed a (minimum every 90 days) in accordance with the City of Atlanta Grease Management Ordinance Article V: Division 4: Section 154-297.03A Maintenance and inspection requirements for new and existing grease traps. b. Vendor shall supply an approved drum or barrel for used waste oil (fat, oil, or grease).
