It is our goal to remove our current 16-year dated parking system and replace it with a more modern, efficient parking experience. We are moving from the 20th century into the 21st century. We need a system that will drastically reduce patron wait times. This system has to be able to create an environment where pay on entry is expected but paying in advance is encouraged. We want more our customers, patrons and guests to pay by mobile app (PARCS mobile), GICC website via a link or by cashless pay station.s Paying on exit at an event center is not practical nor will be encouraged. The GICC wants to install completely new parking system (equipment) that has the capacity to do take payments: 1. At the booths 2. Roaming Stations via Parking Attendants 3. Static pay stations 4. On online via GICC web site 5. Through PARC Mobile software or equivalent.
