Dishmachine, Hobart PW20eR only – No Substitutions 2.5.1 Dishmachine should be heavy-duty, fully automatic, front opening Prep Washer with split-door system. Upper door section should slide upward as the lower door section is pulled down. Machine should have stainless steel pull-out rack that has easy loading for large utensils and pans. 2.5.2 There should be three variable wash cycles of 2-4-6 minutes for thorough cleaning and sanitizing. Racks Per Hour Rate: 2 minute wash 13 racks, 4 minute wash 9 racks, 6 minute wash 7 racks 2.5.3 Dishmachine should have microcomputer controls with advanced digital cycle/temperature display. 2.5.4 Dishmachine should have a 16-gauge stainless steel tank and chamber, door, frame, legs and adjustable feet. 2.5.5 The pump should be a corrosion resistant pump and have capacity of 2 x 211 gpm. 2.5.6 The wash and rinse cycle should be completely automatic. Cycle may be interrupted any time by opening door. Cycle continues when door is closed. The initial cycles fills the wash tank, to be recirculated each wash cycle. Some wash water should be drained off before rinse cycle. Rinse cycle refreshes wash water and tank heat. The fill with water, drain and rinse should be automatically 2.5.7 Dish machine must have two revolving upper and lower anti-clogging wash arms and rinse arms. 2.5.8 Must have removable stainless steel scrap screens and scrap basket. 2.5.9 The rinse pump should be powered by a 1/3 H.P. 30 TEFC motor and be made of high strength engineered composite material. 2.5.10 The condenser blower should be all stainless steel forward curved centrifugal wheel powered by a 1/16 H.P. TEFC single phase motor for nearly silent operation. 2.5.11 The condensing coil should use a tube and be fincoil constructed of copper and corrosion resistant aluminum. 2.5.12 The electric booster heater should have Sense-A-Temp technology adequately sized to raise 55” inlet water to 180 degrees. 2.5.13 Standard voltages will be 208/60/3 or 480/60/3. The voltages will be determined before order is placed for each school and will be listed on purchase order.
