Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Physical Security: The contractor shall safeguard all Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County property provided for contractor use. At the close of each work period, vehicles, facilities, support equipment, and materials shall be secured.2.Access Control: The site is open for work on Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Work must be completed within these hours. Evening and weekend hours are only permitted with permission. 3.Contract Performance Period: Contract performance period shall be from the date of award for 60 days unless terminated by either ACCGov by written notice of termination. Termination by the Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County can be immediate upon contractor failure to comply with any of the terms. Installations must be completed by September 14, 2020. 4.Hours of Operation: The facility serves as an active Fire Station which is occupied 24/7/365. Installation of solar energy equipment should occur between the hours of 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.5.Ordering and Payment: Performance will be ordered by issuance of a purchase order for the period of performance. Payment for work performed shall be paid upon item completion using the payment schedule provided in the Proposal Form Section V-E. Monthly progress payments will be made, as needed, based on completed task during the prior month. The contractor shall ensurethat all invoices clearly reflect the purchase order number. All original invoices must be mailed or hand-delivered to Athens-Clarke County SPLOST Office, 301 College Avenue, Suite 101, Athens, GA 30601. Failure to comply with this provision may result in delayed payments for services rendered.
