Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Canister samples shall be provided by the analytical laboratory for ethylene oxide analysis. • Analytical laboratory must be able to provide, on request, evidence to prove to GA EPD’s satisfaction that it has, through a prior negotiated contract with any single governmental entity, used the Compendium Method TO-15 for Volatile Organic Compounds to analyze at least 300 samples and that the analysis and reporting activities performed were deemed by the contracting entity and US EPA to be of acceptable quality. • Analytical laboratory must be able to provide, on request, documentation including paper or electronic logs demonstrating stable conditions of instrument operation (Quality control checks, calibrations, blanks, replicate/duplicate results) to prove to GA EPD’s satisfaction that it has a fully operational facility that currently meets and has historically met, the requirements outlined in the EPA Technical Assistance Document for National Air Toxics Trends Stations. • Analytical laboratory procedures must comply with all requirements of the EPA Technical Assistance Document for National Air Toxics Trends Stations (NATTS) Guidance Document and the Quality Assurance Handbook for Air Pollution Measurement Systems, Volume II for Compendium Method TO-15/TO-15A - ethylene oxide analysis. • Notification shall be made to GA EPD if any analytical laboratory conditions occur that may negatively impact sample data.
