Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2. Printing supplied under the contract shall be of a quality that is commercially acceptable. Any printing that is rejected by GSFA shall be reprinted at the supplier’s expense. The supplier shall also incur whatever costs are necessary, to include, but not be limited to, overtime, premium expedited delivery services, etc, to reprint the job and deliver the printed material within the time frame specified. The supplier shall guarantee all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one-hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of delivery. If, during the warranty period, a defect develops, the supplier shall replace all affected material at no cost to GSFA. Submission of printing related work that is of poor quality shall be viewed as if an awarded supplier is no longer interested in performing work for GSFA, which, at the sole discretion of GSFA, may be grounds to terminate the contract for default. Suppliers that cannot guarantee consistent and superior quality should consider not responding to this solicitation.
