Specifications include, but are not limited to: CCSD is requesting proposals for an enterprise security camera monitoring system. The system shall be used to monitor movement in and around buildings and/or surrounding properties including but not limited to parking lots, storage buildings, fenced lots, etc. The video capture, storage and distribution of images shall be achieved using a series of IP cameras, analog cameras, and networked control and/or storage devices. Users will be able to access the video images from any computer or mobile device connected to the District’s network with appropriate log-in capability. Additionally, secured remote access is required. CCSD is seeking a turn-key solution including, but not limited to, a software management platform, cameras, cabling, mounting hardware, storage, licensing, documentation, technical assistance, maintenance and training. It is the expectation of CCSD that the successful vendor will provide a system that is scalable and nonproprietary. The installation of cameras and related equipment shall be managed under the supervision of the Division of Technology and Information Services. Supplies, equipment, and material specifications referenced in this RFP are minimum standards established by the District.
