Specifications include, but are not limited to: Confirm the results of the single instant collection cup urine sample to definitively discern the drug metabolites present in the sample and the levels at which they are present for all of the following drugs for participants in the CHOICES and HOPE Accountability Court Programs: • Cocaine • Oxycodone • Methamphetamine • Opiates • Amphetamine • Barbiturates • Marijuana • Methadone • Benzodiazepines • Phencyclidine • Propoxyphene • Buprenorphine Test for the presence and alcohol level for participants in the HOPE Accountability Court Program utilizing a lab-based EtG/EtS test with a 250 cut-off level. Provide pick-up of urine samples minimum twice per week from the Juvenile Court during regular business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 5:00 p.m., for the CHOICES and HOPE Accountability Court Programs. If pick-up service is not available, provide an alternative method of ensuring prompt transport of urine samples to the lab. Provide sample pick-up and confirmation testing services immediately upon award. Each instant collection cup is considered a single sample. Although the confirmation is for multiple drugs and alcohol (HOPE Program only), it is considered as one confirmation. Submit invoices on a monthly basis
