Specifications include, but are not limited to: Providing all materials, equipment and labor for Dresden Park, which includes demolition of existingstructures, site clearing and grubbing, layout, erosion control, earthwork, cast-in-place concrete, asphaltpaving, concrete paving, storm sewer infrastructure, water distribution infrastructure, sanitary sewerageinfrastructure, electrical service infrastructure; low voltage system infrastructure; signalized intersectionimprovements; fencing, basketball court and equipment, tennis court facilities and equipment, soccercomplex and equipment, playground, artificial turf surfacing, pre-engineered pavilion, shade structures,concession/restroom building, dog park, parking lots, sports lighting, site lighting, signage, landscaping,irrigation and other trades/ products as detailed in the bid document plans and specifications. All work tobe completed within 450 calendar days of issuance of Notice to Proceed.
