Contractor shall restore the hotel to its original condition and to the satisfaction of the hotel once construction related to the DAS has been completed. • The DAS shall provide a centralized management system that provides a system wide view of the in-building deployment. An extensive plan review and approval process shall be implemented prior to any purchase of goods and installation of the DAS. • Contractor shall provide a long-term operation and management solution, including providing maintenance of the solution, monitoring, outage reconciliation and break-fix services, oversight and compliance of equipment obsolescence and upgrade development paths in the future. • Contractor shall also comply at all times with all electrical code requirements at the federal, state, and local levels. • Include project coordination which incorporates complete submittal package, shop drawings, project brochure package, dimensioned rough-in drawings, O&M Manuals and warranties.
