Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Fulton – Cobb Diversion Line and Pump Station Project will construct approximately six miles of wastewater forcemain and construct a new pump station in order to convey up to 10 million gallons per day (MGD) from Fulton County to Cobb County, Georgia. The Diversion begins at the site of the existing Riverside Road Pump Station (RRPS), located on the south side of Riverside Road, 775 feet east of State Highway 9 in the City of Roswell, Fulton County, Georgia. The pump station is located at 575 Riverside Road, Roswell, GA 30075. A new pump station will be constructed adjacent to the existing RRPS. The Diversion line will leave the RDPS, crossing under the Chattahoochee River to the south side of the river and then be installed in a new easement to Roswell Road. The Diversion line will then remain in the right-of-way of Roswell Road, Dunwoody Place, Northridge Parkway, private property, Colquitt Road, private property, Morgan Falls Road, private property, and then crossing under the Chattahoochee River into Cobb County onto the property owned by the US Parks Department where it will then tie into existing 42-inch interceptor. This project will require all engineering, design, construction, quality control, start-up services, etc., to complete the Fulton - Cobb Diversion Line and Pump Station Project, which, as described above, will construct a new diversion pump station and construct approximately six miles of wastewater forcemain. The D/B Company will provide services necessary to complete the design and construction.
