Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Supplier will manage contracted custodial service operations and provide staff for setups/moves at two MGA locations, the Macon Campus and the Warner Robins Campus. The Cochran Campus utilizes contract labor daily in the common areas of 5 residence halls. Both Dublin and Eastman Campuses will receive evening cleaning services. Offsite locations will receive weekly service. The Supplier will follow APPA Level II standards by providing a sufficient number of employees based on cleanable space, frequency, and surface types, and by using appropriate cleaning equipment and resources to meet this specification. These required tasks will encompass routine, repetitive and specialized cleaning functions. The Supplier will provide additional labor within the scope of this contract for setups/moves that will be managed by the Supplier’s on-site GM. This labor will ensure that these events are set up timely, correctly and from start to finish. The selected Supplier will complete all of the duties within this document for the life of the agreed-upon contract; at no time will any duties as outlined in this proposal be shared or subcontracted out by the Supplier. APPA Level II Definition:  Floors and base molding shine and/or are bright and clean.  There is no buildup in corners or along walls, but there can be up to two days’ worth of dust, dirt, stains, or streaks.  All vertical and horizontal surfaces are clean, but marks, dust, smudges, and fingerprints are noticeable upon close observation.  Lights all work and fixtures are clean.  Washroom and shower fixtures and tile gleam and are odor free.  Supplies are adequate.  Trash containers and pencil sharpeners hold only daily waste and are clean and odor free. General Cleaning Services It is the intent of these specifications to describe janitorial service requirements for MGA. The primary objective in maintaining clean conditions is to provide a safe, healthy, and pleasant learning and working environment. This environment must be maintained throughout all of the contracted facilities in all variations of weather and occupancy. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, inspecting, surface cleaning, deep cleaning, and reporting. Items such as restrooms, sinks, walls, carpet, windows, vents, doors, water fountains, furniture, and fixtures must be properly and thoroughly cleaned. The list below is not all inclusive for this scope of work, it is simply an idea of what the Supplier will have to define using APPA II standards.  Empty waste receptacles and replace liners  Sweep floors, corners, and baseboards  Vacuum carpets  Dust mop and wet mop floor  Placing garbage in dumpsters/compactor and cleaning around compactor  Recycle disposal  Clean and sanitize: counters, desks, doorknobs, light switches and sinks  Graffiti removal  Hard floor buffing
