Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor shall provide inside delivery to all schools/locations within a seven-day period of the order. No
shipping and handling charges will be paid. All items are to be delivered at no cost to Floyd County
School System. A signed receipt showing the lead custodian’s or designee’s signature shall be provided
and kept at the school/location requesting delivery with a copy of the receipt (SEE Summary
Page/Requirements) being sent to the Maintenance Department. A monthly usage report for each
school/location shall be provided to the Maintenance Department upon receipt of the monthly billing.
Usage report shall be in the form of a summary report (SEE Summery Page/s Requirements).
