Specifications include, but are not limited to: Primary School: The new Primary School will be constructed to meet or exceed GA DOE standards of a new Primary School with an FTE of 719 plus an added 160 P-K students. The Primary School will be a single-story building with the overall square footage will be roughly +/- 120,000 square feet and be constructed to meet ICC Type II sprinklered construction requirements. The Primary structure will be a combination of concrete slabs on grade, CMU walls, and metal framing, metal and or membrane roofing, with a brick and stucco exterior. The spaces to be provided will include, but not be limited to classroom spaces (IU’s) for grades P-K through Second grade. The PRIMARY facility will also have an administrative area, Cafeteria and Kitchen, Media Center, Music, Art, special Education areas, and Physical Education spaces as required by the GA DOE standards. All site work that is required to provide utilities, storm water detention, parking, parking lot lighting, sidewalks, parent drop-off/ pick up area, bus canopies, fencing and playground areas and equipment, as well as drives for the Primary School. The estimated construction budget for the new Primary School is $32,000,000 FFA Multipurpose Facility: The new FFA Multipurpose Facility will be a 20,000 square foot metal building structure. Space will include but not be limited to an open multi-use show area, an agricultural classroom, toilets, HVAC, and storage areas. There will also be a large, covered area adjacent to the muti-use show area. The exterior walls will have a brick and CMU water table with metal wall panels on the inside and outside (on the perimeter walls). All interior walls will be painted CMU. All exterior doors with either be power operated coiling doors, hollow metal, or storefront doors. The interior doors are to be either solid wood or metal doors in metal door frames. The floors are to be sealed or stained concrete. The main “interior multi-use show area” will have HVAC. The estimated construction budget for the new FFA Multipurpose Facility is $3,000,000. New High School Tennis Fieldhouse: The new High School Tennis Fieldhouse will be a 1,620 square foot CMU structure with a wood frame roof system. Spaces will include two locker room spaces with toilets, coach’s office with private toilet, concessions/ training space, outdoor storage, and mechanical space. The exterior walls will be CMU with a brick veneer. The roof will be fiberglass-reinforced asphalt shingles over a wood decking and wood roof structure. All interior walls will be painted CMU. All doors and door frames will be painted hollow metal. All exterior windows will be painted hollow metal and-or prefinished aluminum. The floors are to be sealed or stained concrete. The estimated construction budget for the new High School Tennis Fieldhouse is $400,000.
