Specifications include, but are not limited to: GLOBE Academy will be relocating grades Kindergarten – 5th grade to from their existing campus to a new campus located at the Clairmont Presbyterian Church at 1994 Clairmont Rd, Decatur, GA 30033. GLOBE Academy is in the process of purchasing two existing buildings on campus and several acres of land. Below is a brief outline of improvements and construction: The Milligan Hall ($2.5M target construction budget): • Interior Improvements o Relocation of partition walls o Restroom Improvements o Flooring, ceiling, and lighting upgrades o HVAC modifications or replacement o Sprinkler system (currently doesn’t have one) • Exterior Improvements o Carpool canopy structure o Brick tuck and point o Minimal landscaping; Family Life Center ($2.4M target construction budget): • Interior Improvements o Relocation of partition walls o Restroom Improvements o Flooring, ceiling, and lighting upgrades o HVAC modifications or replacement o Carpool canopy structure o Possible new elevator (currently doesn’t have one); Sitework for Modular Classrooms (Target $750k construction budget): • 24 Elementary school Classrooms (max 24 students per classroom) • Administration, restrooms, storage • Modulars are being provided by Modular Solutions under a separate contract • GC responsible for all utility coordination/hookups to modulars • GC responsible for sitework
