Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Steps: 1. Walk the site with City staff for orientation and discovery purposes. 2. The vendor should develop a proposed signage package that shows every proposed piece of signage (both physical and painted) with artwork concepts and their locations. 3. The City’s Facilities, Parking and Communications staff will review the draft package and provide input. 4. The vendor will revise the package based on the input received. 5. The City’s Leadership will review the revised package and provide input 6. The vendor will create a final package and seek approvals from the City. 7. The vendor will develop production artwork based on the approved concepts and seek approvals from the City. 8. The City will identify a Signage Company to fabricate and install/paint the signage. 9. The vendor should coordinate with the selected Signage Company to ensure that the signage is fabricated and installed/painted correctly. The City requires a revised signage package for the parking garage. The package should be strategic and more extensive than existing signage. 1. The existing Ceiling Wayfinding Signage (A) system should be utilized and extended. Some signs should be modified. 2. The painted stenciled Activity Based Wayfinding (C) system and Activity Artwork (D) should be removed by painting over it. 3. A new painted stenciled labeling system should be implemented.
