Furnishing the labor, materials, equipment and all incidentals, for a new raw water intake and pump station that will convey raw water from the Chattahoochee River, via a new transmission main by others, to the B.T. Brown Water Supply Reservoir. More specifically, the Work includes, but is not limited to, construction of the following: Intake Construct intake structure, including coffer cell as required to complete work within the river. Install passive intake screens within the intake structure Install slide gates and bulkhead frames within the structure Install connecting piping, and electrical interconnections Place final grade and river bank armoring Pump Station Construct pump station structure with space for four vertical turbine pumps, including shoring as required to complete work at the depths required and with groundwater conditions present. Install vertical turbine pumps as required by the contract documents Install slide gates within the structure Install connecting piping, valves, and appurtenances Install electrical service, power distribution equipment, VFDs, and controls as indicated in the contract documents Install and place site improvements, including paving, grading, drainage, yard piping, and fencing as indicated in the contract drawings.
