Specifications include, but are not limited to: Packed: • 20 to 40 lbs. per case • All case sizes must be consistent • All dating must be current (no more than 3 months from original pack date) Style: • Frozen • Tenders • Must be ready to cook • Round or oblong • 1” to 1 ½“ in diameter • Must not be shaped into nuggets • Shape and size must be consistent among all pieces Standard: • Shall be 70% or greater chicken • Shall be no more than 30% breading • Shall be breast meat only. No blend or dark meat product will be accepted • Shall be made from chicken not frozen more than once • Shall not have off-flavors or taste • Shall show no signs that quality has been compromised (such as discoloration, freezer burn, etc.)
