Specifications include, but are not limited to: assist TCSG in creating a statewide branding and marketing campaign which will also be used locally by 22 technical colleges to increase the awareness of, and improve perceptions and consideration of technical colleges as a first choice option among key influencers of high school students across multiple urban and rural regions throughout Georgia. Key influencers will include but not be limited to high school students, parents and high school counselors. The selected Offeror will work with TCSG Communications/Public Relations staff, utilizing TCSG research information provided to: 1) create three (3) campaign concepts to choose from, 2) produce creative assets for various interactive media services, and 3) provide an electronic version of a marketing piece brochure.
