Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Proponent shall perform all necessary testing needs. 2.2 Proponent shall provide and install all signage and equipment related to the program. 2.3 Proponent shall maintain all equipment, documentation, certifications and permissions related to the program. 2.4 Proponent shall provide system training to the CCPD at no additional cost. 2.5 Proponent shall conduct speed studies prior to deployment. 2.6 Proponent shall provide the CCPD with access to all video feeds from the Traffic Control Center (TCC) and the ability to review stored footage (minimum of forty-five [45] days). 2.7 Proponent shall provide the CCPD with the ability to live stream video from camera feeds. 2.8 Proponent shall provide software for the approval and management of citations, review of video and input of data. 2.9 Proponent shall provide software for accessing automated license plate reader features. 2.10 The SDS shall be a high definition motion picture camera system that uses only infrared for lighting. 2.11 Proponent shall supply Automated License Plate Readers (ALPR) for each location. 2.12 Program shall have the ability to merge ALPR data with Genetec and/or Vigilant database systems and provide an alert of current pending violations with the Georgia Crime Information Center. 2.13 The SDS shall provide traffic data for speed, volume and vehicle classification based on the time of day, preferably in hourly or fifteen (15) minute time frames. 2.14 The SDS shall be programmable for school calendar, specific enforcement times and variable speed thresholds. 2.15 The SDS shall be based on specific time and synced with internet clock. 2.16 The SDS shall be a fixed, non-permanent location in nature and shall be moveable as needed. 2.17 The SDS shall manage multi-lane roads with high volume of traffic. 2.18 The ALPR and video system capabilities shall be maintained at all times without regard to school calendar or the volume of citations generated at any location. 2.19 Proponent shall be responsible for the cost of returning physical locations to their previous state if any equipment is removed or uninstalled for any reason.
